Itinerary

Meet at Dehradun and transfer to Sankri through beautiful Uttarakhand valleys and hill towns. Sankri (approx. 1,950 m) serves as the gateway to the trek—overnight in a mountain guesthouse or homestay.

Begin the trek, ascending gradually through dense pine forests and clearings. Reach the serene Juda Ka Talab, a high-altitude lake, for your first night under the stars.

Trek through thick forests and open meadows, with spectacular mountain views emerging. Arrive at Kedarkantha Base Camp, where the tree line recedes and vast landscapes unfold.

A challenging day with an early morning push for the Kedarkantha summit (optional but recommended for panoramic views), then descend to Pukhrola or Khait camp, entering quieter terrains en route to Phulara Ridge.

Follow the dramatic Phulara Ridge trail, famous for its high-altitude vistas, unique flora, and 360-degree Himalayan panoramas. Camp at Bhoj Gadi.

Descend through forests and meadows, cross streams, and reach the pristine, little-visited Sarutal Lake. Set up camp near the tranquil waters.

Climb to Fachu Kandi Pass at 4,356 meters, enjoying the sense of remoteness and awe-inspiring mountain views. After photos and a rest at the pass, descend to your designated campsite below the pass.

Trek down through forests and meadows back to Sankri. After the trek, drive back to Dehradun, concluding your adventure in the Garhwal Himalayas.
